Because of National Park Service regulations,we have never been allowed to do to a ghost tour on the "GHOSTLY BATTLEFIELD AT GETTYSBURG" -- therefore, Joe Kerrigan has taken the liberty of bringing the battlefield ghosts to you in our most unusual theater.
Through the lens of a "magic lantern" (a Civil War era slide projector built by M. C. Lilly & Co., Columbus, Ohio in 1857)you will now have the opportunity to actually do a Ghostly Battlefield at Gettysburg Ghost Tour.
During the presentation you will actually see the areas of the battlefield where these ghost stories are reported to have occurred. These ghost stories have been carefully compiled from "eyewitness accounts of the supernatural," as written by JOE KERRIGAN author of the "GHOSTLY TALES OF GETTYSBURG" book series, of which there are currently two volumes in print.
You will be able to experience these ghost stories in a most unique way, as narrated by Kerrigan, a Civil War era magician, actor and storyteller. Through musical enhancements and the incorporation of sound effects, as well as the full use of a great variety of special theatrical effects, it will be as if you were actually there, on the "Ghostly Battlefields" of Gettysburg.
