Meet The Professor
Joe Kerrigan, also known as "The Professor", is well versed on the subjects of Magic & The Theater. He has, for more than Twenty Years, been traveling on the road as a Contemporary Magician displaying his Professional skills before various audiences ranging from Social Club meetings, Church & School Groups to The White House. His Magical career has taken him to the Northwest Territories of Canada, where he incorporated Magic into a Vacation Bible School for the Indians of Whati a remote village ministered by The Lutheran Church. For more than seven years he served as "The Unofficial Company Magician" for Wal-Mart. His job, through the presentation of four forty minute Magic Shows a day, was "To Help Shoppers Discover 'The Real Magic Of Shopping Wal-Mart'
Kerrigan has involved himself in various rolls in Community Theaters and Playhouses as well. He has held a Lifelong fascination with both the Theater and Magic, and always incorporates Drama into His Presentations. He has appeared on local TV programs across the country and has twice appeared on the TRAVEL CHANNEL. His most recent appearance, June 19th, 2003 on the "Road Trips Series", featured The Gettysburg Civil War Era Dinner Theater.
"The Professor's" curiosity and strong need to authenticate the type of Magic he so skillfully wove into the choreography of the Civil War Era Magician's performance uncovered a lot of information which he put into book form for others who share his interests.

There is also an incredible amount of History, both Gettysburg and Civil War History skillfully interwoven throughout the program. It's one of those fun history lessons that kind of sneaks up on you. You're so busy being amazed by "The Professor's" Illusions, or the Medium's communications with the other side, that you don't even realize how much history has infiltrated your skull until the drive home,when you turn to your spouse and say, "I had no idea they filled cannonballs with shrapnel back then."
